REALLY WORKS JUST DON'T FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS IN THE PACKAGE August 25, 2010 LADYVZLA It worked awesome for me when I over did it. My wart was in the tip of my nose, just like a unicorn. So I had it for 4 years until now.. it's gone :) This is pretty much what I did
For 5 days:
1. Day #1- Exfoliate it until it starts to bleed. Then apply the product for about 2 -2 1/2 minutes. It will sting but it's worth.
2. Day #2- Remove scar tissue (e.g.black crust). It will bleed just a little then apply the product for 3 minutes.
3. Day #3- Do not do it anything to it.
4. Day #4- Remove all the scar tissue. Hopefully by then, it will decrease in size. It will continue to bleed just a few drops. Then apply it for 2 minutes approx.
5. Day #5- It will be just burned skin and scar tissue. Remove it and then you will see the results.
Hope it helps :)
Does not Work August 23, 2010 Complexlitigator Quite simply this product does not work. Despite following the directions, I could barely feel a chill when the applicator was pressed against the skin. Not even the top layer of skin was destroyed.
Not effective August 9, 2010 H.C. This thing is not effective as it states. My wart showed no change after using few times.
Worked for genital warts... July 11, 2010 Robert Nix (MO, USA) Worked pretty good for my genital warts. Most of them came off within 2 weeks. A rather large one took two tries, but is gone after that. As long as you're careful, and apply it lightly in sensitive areas, there's really no danger. I had a few burns on the smaller warts, where it was hard aim, but the burn marks went away after a week, so no biggie.
Just wanted to write up this review for people who claim you can't use over the counter freezing products on genital warts. It's really no big deal.
The only problem is that they only give you 8 applicators, and there's probably a lot more product in the can that you can't get to...
Try Garlic or Apple Cider Vinegar instead March 2, 2010 Lilac Lily (Florida, USA) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Okay, nobody likes to talk about warts, but unfortunately they are part of life. And when you do get one you are desperate for advice on how to get rid of them. Well, let me tell you up front: Do not waste your money on this product or similar Freeze off products. They didn't work for me at all.
I had a small wart for about one year on the bottom of my foot and I tried to freeze it off at least a dozen times. I followed the instructions exactly and even increased the amount of time you are supposed to freeze the wart. Every time the wart came back or more likely it never actually disappeared. Well, two weeks ago I looked up some home remedies for warts and I learned about garlic and apple cider vinegar. At first I tried a fresh slice of garlic that I taped on top of the wart and left in place overnight. The next morning the wart looked black so I knew something had happened. I applied garlic during two other nights and then I switched over to apple cider vinegar (you don't have to do that, both remedies are said to work well on their own) So during the second week I put some apple cider vinegar on a small cotton piece and put it on the wart covering it with a bandaid. I did that for 3 nights and after that the wart simply fell off when I rubbed it with a tissue. I still can't believe how easy it was to get rid of a wart when I wasted so much time and money with these freeze off products.
